Sorry for the late reply. I haven't personally used either himalayan or " real

salt " . I have heard of himalayan and my understanding is it is a lot better

than table salt but I have no idea how it compares to Celtic. I can give two

suggestions:

Read the label and see how the mineral mix compares.

Try Celtic and see if it does anything different for you from what you are

currently using.

I have a genetic disorder which causes my body to miss-process salt. For me,

getting the best quality salt I can find makes a huge, huge difference in my

health. I have heard Celtic does good things generally for people. The only

way you can really know if it does for you anything akin to what it does for me

is to try it. (I have suggested that to other people who found it was better

than whatever other sea salt they were using when they bumped into me online.)
