Guest guest
We have nasty sinus issues and systemic yeast issues. We are doing a lot already but am wondering if anyone had used either of these things and how it worked....have heard of the neti pot...but the salt inhaling was sorta new to me. tia Ronni
Guest guest
I will swear by it. I used it all thru my second pregnancy so I could stay away from meds. Living in the south where its humid so much, I am prone to sinus issues. As soon as I feel a slight post nasal drip ill use my rinse and it clears it up before it turns into anything. When I do yard work I rinse. Doesn't dry you out. I have the squeeze bottle. Guest guest
I did sinus washes for years. I preferred a bulb syringe. I feel like I am " drowning " if I use too much fluid at one time. I've gotten myself healthier and no longer need to do this, even though it is a standard treatment for people with genetic disorder. Consuming the right kind of salt is one of the things I do which helps support sinus health and, eventually, helped me stop needing this kind of help. There is more info on my website if you want more details about what I used to do. Peace.
