Sore just above and below lips

Hi. My son has developed a flat sore (no bumps or blisters) just below the lip

line and also just above the lip line. The sore looks like it is chapped skin,

running all around his lips. Has anyone seen anything like this. Can supplements

cause this. Or may be it is detox? We are not chelating, but we are on antiviral

and antiyeast with enzymes and herbs. Nothing new has been added as a

supplement. Any input is truly appreciated.
