Guest guest
" Alpha lipoic acid should not be used alone, as it only mobilizes mercury with a weak bond. Without additional chelators present, such as DMPS or DMSA, the mercury may just redistribute elsewhere in the body instead of being removed. " Source: http://www.digitalnaturopath.com/treat/T76257.html Can Cutler or someone else comment on this ? I've only been chelating with ALA alone and am now concerned about the safety of doing this. Thanks to anyone who can explain if this has any validity to it. I always thiugh ALA formed a strong bond between mercury and other heavy metals.
