Guest guest
My daughter has braces in her mouth to help with guiding the development of her teeth (a typical/standard thing for some kids these days, I'm pretty sure) and was wondering if we should be concerned with the metal content of braces with regards to metal toxicity? My daughter hasn't been feeling especially well for a while now. Mostly low energy and skin issues (perhaps associated with being a teenager) My daughter is going to have something repaired with them tomorrow (a small metal piece feel off of them and into her mouth, that she spit out) and I asked her and her mom to be sure to ask in that respect, of at least making sure there is no nickel in them? or whatever, that could be related to metal poisoning. My daughter (as smart as she is?) said where they see the question coming they won't know and would probably lie about it, if they did. Smart girl. Anyone else?
