Constipation here was resolved when diet was changed and gut was worked on.

Increasing the magnesium and some warm Epsom salt baths should help.

we have found with constipation that senna t bags traditinal medicinals brand of

t bag name smooth move helped my son as well mag. citrate movicol and some

times senna capsules as well we had to use a lot for a bowel cleanse but we saw

it worked, isobel

I agree, changing the diet and also getting the bacteria under control were the

two things that resolved it here.

At my house, constipation was caused by yeast overgrowth and magnesium

deficiency. Here are other ideas
