That's a good article on B12 deficiency, Sammy. My boy came home from his dad's

in a rage today. I gave him B12 and the rage was over in minutes. The school

has also noticed a difference since I began supplementing it. I think I need to

add more. Deb

great! If not, all it cost you was a smidgeon of your time.

months to a year, it's been a great deal more frequent (often resulting in

all-day marathon vomiting as much as one day per week). I am not currently

chelating. I am treating myself for " atypical cystic fibrosis " . A big part of

that is removing all the toxins and crud that have built up in my system over a

life-time of not getting appropriate care (in part because I was diagnosed late

in life, in part because I think conventional approaches to treating it suck).

These vomiting sessions are typically preceded by severe headache and sometimes

accompanied by sensitivity to light. What I vomit up is very bitter or sour and

extremely corrosive to my throat. I often vomit up very little food, mostly

liquid and whatever this corrosive chemical-smelling stuff is. The vomiting

episodes don't resolve until I do vomit up this vile stuff -- as long as I am

primarily vomiting food, the issue will not resolve. As soon as I have ejected

enough of this foul stuff, I get dramatic and immediate relief from the

headache, nausea, light sensitivity and general misery and I typically go to

sleep and sleep very hard, a deep healing sleep.

their child vomiting as part of chelation. On at least one occasion, the

consensus was they were using too high a dose of chelator. So I get the

impression that my experience isn't really unique, that other folks go through a

similar pattern. It just isn't really widely recognized.

reported migraines. People there tried to tell me that my headaches accompanied

by nausea were " migraines " . I am very clear they are part of a healing process.

I have found ways to support the process so it is compressed (time-wise) and

less miserable. (Something that helps a bunch: salt water baths and staying

adequately hydrated.) On the list I was thrown off of, I tried to ask the

question " Just what is a migraine? " I think that was taken as being

smart-assed. But I was completely serious. I am perfectly clear what my

headaches accompanied by nausea indicate. I am 100% clear that they are caused

by a purging process which puts my body under stress. I am clear that the right

kind of support to help my body get through the purging process makes the

situation more bearable but that the only thing that puts an end to the misery

is when my body finally rids itself of whatever is coming out of me.

overall doing a lot a better. These days, my headaches are less frequent and

less intense (usually less intense even on days when I actually vomit -- my body

is getting better at evicting the poisons in my system, without so much drama).

And, yes, I am often very angry as these poisons come out of me.

personally wonder if production of vitamin D is causing a cascade of events that

is helping the body to try to cope with whatever crud is gunking up his system

and if maybe he just isn't getting adequate support to get through the process

and it remains at basically the " stirred up but not resolved " stage.
