Guest guest
Hi Dana, Correct, my son used to convert carotene to produce vitamin A pretty efficiently, never had to supplement vitamin A. But, my question is high vit A will check the absorption of vit D, right? So, how can we correct the Vitamin D deficiency? Can we go thru skin? for vitamin D supplementation. Usually you will get carotene toxicity instead of vitamin A toxicity. But I have read three emails about kids whose bodies over-converted the carotene and developed A toxicity. > > Fish oil, yes you can get toxicity from the A, and also from the D. > > Dana >
