It says to take it on an empty stomach and with unchilled water. I tasted it in room temp water and it is horrible and I don't think my dtr will take it this way. Does it really make a difference whether or not it is placed in a cold or room temp liquid? I was thinking to place it into cold orange juice. Thanks!
