Guest guest
Is it necessary to use multiple yeast busting products at the same time? And, when is it optimim timing to do yeast ... and spacing? I did round one last weekend with just DMSA, this weekend my son has friday off so i can do 3 daytimes, i was going to add the ALA, as I read it's good to start it early rather than later. I'm also leaning toward 2:1 DMSA:ALA.... ie. 8 mg of DMSA: 4 mg of ALA.... Do I have this correct? And after a chelation weekend, is there any supplements I should increase or decrease? At my house, the combination of biotin and GSE worked best. > And after a chelation weekend, is there any supplements I should increase or decrease? You may not need as much yeast killer on the " off " days. I kept the biotin and removed the GSE on " off " days. Dana
