Andy,

How long before we can expect the digestive issues to resolve?

We are on round #12 ALA every other weekend. I reduced to 12.5mg ALA every 3

hrs last round, and it went so well that I'm sticking with that dose for a while

for my 134 lb boy. I know that round #12 does not sound like much, but we've

been consistent since September and chelate every weekend that he is at home.

As I have seen Dana mention also, my boy really does not tolerate any foods. I

am removing oxalates to see if that will help since he does fit the symptoms of

oxalate issues. He is GFCF, Corn Free now also.

He takes digestive enzymes with every single meal and snack. He takes Taurine

and Tryptophan which appears to support the constipation. He takes Cal-Mag and

Vit A and L-Glutamine and Pantothenic Acid for the gut also. I give lots of

Alka Seltzer Gold when he is distressed.

I know he has yeast but I gave him 1 Candidase on an empty stomach and he went

ballistic. I don't feel that I can even treat yeast anymore. Anyway yeast

makes him silly and I prefer that to aggressive rage. He takes Biotin 4x/day

and that's the best I can do.

While his gut is not well the speech and socialization are coming along. This

is the first substantial improvement we have seen in 14 years. This is the

first time I have had real hope for his future.

I'd like to know the estimated timeline to see Acid Reflux, IBS, severe

digestive distress resolved. Any suggestions are also welcome. Thank you. Deb
