Guest guest
I need help understanding Phase 1 & 2. How do we determine whether we are fast or slow? Are we looking for one of the specific paths of Phase 1 & 2 or would we be fast/slow in all paths within the Phase 1/2 lines in figures 11 & 12 of AI? I continue to read this section of the book but I need help understanding. Deb
Guest guest
Hi Deb, I would imagine the most accurate way would be to check a few things in standard blood testing like homocyestine, and B12, folic acid markers. Also ammonia levels. and histamine. These are things labcorb can do. Also check how he handles sulfur. Im sure there are other markers you could get away with checking in general lab tests. From then, you might be able to draw a conclusion. However, I would probley (Im in the same boat) think that a full yasko pannel might provide better information. Genova might also have a phase one and two detox profile. There is a good link i found that explains methylation in a nutshell..laymens terms. http://www.enzymestuff.com/methylation.htm You might be able to do a bit of trial and error, say with b12 and folic acid, etc.. Good luck, Misty > > I need help understanding Phase 1 & 2. How do we determine whether we are fast or slow?
