Op-Ed: Inaction Matters...Reflecting on the Death of the Boy in the Van

My heart goes out to the Nevins' family. Please share with everybody...including

those with typically developing children...we must get the word out about the

dangers faced by special needs children. We keep trying to legislate protection

of the vulnerable, which is still important, but we, as a society, need a major

attitude shift away from a cavalier approach to truly valuing everyone

regardless of their challenges.
