Guest guest
By now I'm sure many of you have heard about SB5005 passing the house in WA State, which will inevitably be rubber stamped everywhere. We will be meeting next week to discuss forming a congregation making it clear that blood poisoning is against our religious belief, so we'll keep you updated. Pease see links below for info. Thanks to Sheri for keeping us informed. ************************************************** http://apps.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/summary.aspx?bill=5005 & year=2011 http://apps.leg.wa.gov/documents/billdocs/2011-12/Pdf/Bills/Senate%20Bills/5005.\ E.pdf (2) For purposes of this section, " health care practitioner " means 13 a physician licensed under chapter 18.71 or 18.57 RCW, a naturopath 14 licensed under chapter 18.36A RCW, a physician assistant licensed under 15 chapter 18.71A or 18.57A RCW, or an advanced registered nurse 16 practitioner licensed under chapter 18.79 RCW. So they all can make money off of this. At least naturopath is on there and you'll be supporting someone who is more interested in health but naturopathy has deteriorated also with many naturopaths showing to be doctor-wanna-bes This says this was adopted as part of the bill: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/documents/billdocs/2011-12/Pdf/Amendments/House/5005.E%20\ AMH%20HCW%20H2234.2.pdf parentis to the child who exempts the child due to religious beliefs 9 pursuant to subsection (1)( of this section is not required to have 10 the form provided for in (a) of this subsection signed by a health care 11 practitioner if the parent or legal guardian demonstrates membership in 12 a religious body or a church in which the religious beliefs or 13 teachings of the church preclude a health care practitioner from 14 providing medical treatment to the child. Excuses a parent or legal guardian who exempts his or her child from immunization requirements because of religious beliefs from providing the new form if he or she demonstrates membership in a religious body or church in which religious beliefs or teachings would preclude medical treatment by a health care practitioner. So YOU CAN BE exempted if you a member of a church with those teachings that preclude medical treatment (ie chrisitian scientist?) If you have to sign something saying you know the risks that could be very dangerous- admitting that you know it is risky to NOT get the vaccine - that is NOT part of the law and shouldn't be signed as far as I can tell do I have this right? Sheri ********************************************************* The Great & Terrible Day You say you're worried about outbreaks, and contagious disease We've heard your claims of how vaccinations, eradicated some of these, But we've read the research and we've checked the vaccine ingredients; Including the Biological Toxins, Foreign DNA, and Adjuvants. We've heard you tout how " Vaccines are for the greater good. " And how " we must vaccinate, " that " any loving parent would. " When you know very well that the only immunity, Is for the vaccinators and pharmaceutical companies. Immunity, that is, from accountability For harming countless children by way of your vaccines Still you try to silence our voices- as you continue to kill, and destroy I wouldn't have believed it, if it hadn't happened to our little boy. Yes. We're very well aware of your " Callous Disregard " Because we trusted our doctors, and then afterwards When our children had reactions and became gravely ill You turned your backs, and we were made to swallow that bitter pill. But since we act in truth, it is important that you know- That we are looking forward to you reaping what you sow. For soon the world will know just how you deceived every nation And how you have no fear of God, or respect for His creation. So repent and change your ways for the time is drawing nigh When you will be held accountable by the Supreme Judge on High And no amount of silver, and no amount of gold will wash clean the stain of blood, or the lies that you have told. You're in danger of hellfire and you should not mistake, There will be a reckoning for every life you take; For the Lord of Salvation will come to repay, Every soul upon the earth, on " the great and terrible day. " @... VIC (Vaccine Information Coalition) Autism is 1 in 67 children today and it's impossible to have a genetic epidemic! Please learn from our mistake and educate BEFORE you vaccinate! Guest guest
I was so sad that this passed. We moved here because of family, but when DH retired military I really thought WA would be one of the last states to do this to us. Now what? My DD is only 3 and DH keeps rolling his eyes because I am scrambling to figure out a way to keep DD from getting any vaccinations. He even said yesterday that the older she gets, the more he isn't worried about vaccinating! Thank you so much for all the support and help you all give. I know I don't post much, but I read everything and appreciate the words of advice/encouragement we all gain. I really could use some, as I think all of the WA non vaccination people can. I think we are all reeling from the news.
Guest guest
I know I say this a lot. But, if you can, get yourself a vax lawyer to discuss what you can do. another way is to ask your state rep to introduce a bill to repeal this law based on the Constitutional concerns. This is unconstitutional! You need to speak up, yourself and others! If it went to court there is a good chance it would be repealed. As far as your hubby, is he parroting what docs have told you guy?. They say that the older the child the safer and the there are no or very few cases of autism starting at age 4 and older. I feel your pain. Please, keep and touch to let us know how this is playing out. all the best, correy > > I was so sad that this passed. Guest guest
You can still use exemptions, but have to jump through extra hoops designed to pressure you. You don't have to vaccinate her, though. Winnie Re: SB5005 passed the house in WA State on Friday"Vaccinations " > I was so sad that this passed.
