Hi

I have been asked to speak a few minutes about Lyme and support groups

on the radio this Sunday.

" Inlander Show " (Peoples Medical Society Pres.)

www.peoplesmed.org

http://www.wpen.com/inlander/inlander.html

Sunday 6/25 10-11AM E.S.T.

on Phila. WPEN 950AM

" Tell it like it is " program for medical consumers

Call the show 1-800-876-WPEN(9736)

You can listen to the show live from anywhere in the country on the

website www.wpen.com

You need media player to listen, the download is right on the

website, quick and easy.

Mike Donio and Charlie Inlander are supportive of Lyme patients.

They have received many faxes, emails, phone calls, and letters from

patients this past year.

My interview is scheduled in the second half of the hour, so

unfortunately there won't be much time.

If I don't have a chance to mention the Lyme Disease Initiative Bill,

it would be great if someone would call in and briefly mention the

bill's goals, and ask listeners to call/ write their legislators and

ask them to sponsor the bill.

Mike Donio is call screener and says you must have the bill numbers

when you call.

If you wish to speak with Charlie on the show, I suggest calling the

show soon after the programs starts, before 10:15.

The show format is solution oriented. Please offer info that would

help the listener.

Lyme Disease Intiative Bill 1999

$125 mil over five years,

Goals- direct detection test, better surveillance and reporting,

prevention and education

House of Reps HR 2790

Senate S1905

Thanks,

Mac Namee
