Guest guest
I was surprised and pleased to see that all 4 networks did in fact run the Lyme intervews yesterday. I was appalled to see how " good " I looked, as attested to by all my friends who see me after long absences and proclaim this to me as though I am a malingerer...but I suppose it drove the point home effectively. I don't believe that this broadcast was seen out of New York-national NBC had called Ira while the interview was going on and he did tell them to call back but they hadn't by the time I left. The three major networks covered the story without commentary, leaving it up to the viewer to draw his/her own conclusions but FOX editorialized that possibly avoiding Lyme was worth the risks involved with the vaccine-once again, Lyme was described as the serious illness it is but for the wrong reason. did say, in passing, while asking a question, that he didn't cover much Lyme stuff and I did have a split second opportunity to comment that he should seriously consider doing a LOT more on it, but he immediately informed me this was not his decision and NYC was not as concerned with Lyme because the problem was not so big in NYC. I would highly recommend that all people in NYC suffering from Lyme correct him on this point. In the meantime, I did the best I could. For those of you who have not read the Newsday article-try to do so. It is so scary to think that the manufacturers of the vaccine can actually get away with saying things like " there have been no untoward effects reported to us " when they totally ignored any complaints that were reported by those of us who were involved in the clinical trials. But with a little bit of luck, this will stir up some investigating on the part of those reporters who are more skeptical than the one from FOX. Guest guest
Dear Vicki, I was able to tape 3 of the 4 broadcasts-maybe I can get the audio versions on the web somehow-I have to say Ira was pretty compelling in some of them-I was just whining. That's what they wanted so that's what I gave 'em!<G> Hugs, Alison --
Guest guest
Hi Alison. So glad the report was a success, except for that one jerk, I am sorry to say I missed it, I am herxing most afternoons after infusing, and saw your post about it when it was too late. I am sure you looked great. Do you know if the report will be on any websites? Sometimes they do them in video or even text of the story? Did anyone else on this list see the news report about this? I have read that article several times, and it makes me sick that the usual suspects are still spewing their propaganda about the vaccine, the worms should really be squirming.....Steere and Sigal. Congratulatory Hugs, Marta PS Are you coming to G-burg??? >From: Alison E Schettini <alison7@...> > >I was surprised and pleased to see that all 4 networks did in fact run >the Lyme intervews yesterday.
