I also get twitching all over the place (especially since starting IV rocephin) and I've had night sweats when I've restarted the IV after a week off (when I had gallbladder problems). My fiance is also being treated with orals for Lyme and he also gets soaking sweats at times. Also, you might want to cut back on some activities.. your body needs that energy to heal. Guest guest
Jody, My night sweats wax and wane. This year they're at an all time high, but I think some of that has to do with my food intolerences increasing. My muscle cramping and twitching, on the other hand, have all but disappeared since Joe suggested I take magnesium. Rita
Guest guest
Jody- Sounds like babesia to me......night sweats, throwing up. Did you get tested for it? When my sister saw Dr. D, he did not believe in the co-infections....has that changed? 5 months of treatment?? you are only just scratching the surface..... I have been 3 1/2 yrs. of treatment now, treated for lyme, babesia, ehrlichia, mycoplasma (fermentan), HHV-6 and Epstein Barr. sue in nj sue massie

(www.tropicaloasis.com) and you can get it at your health food store. YES!! I had the night sweats big time, NOT anymore. sue in nj

Guest guest
I just began the whey protein and am increasingly feeling the misery of herxing but hopefully the buggers are being attacked by the doxy and hopefully the increased action of my immune system, thanks to the whey and atp with glutathione. Guest guest
I had night time sweats.............as well as day time sweats........profuse...........had to change my clothes both during the day and night.......several times!! I did not have any co-infections.....currently my blood tests come back clear of lyme, and I am free of symptoms for about 1 1/2 years.............I do however suffer from nerve damage as the result of lyme.............especially in my back. Can only sit here a few minutes...........so can only respond to this one question.......... Connie K Leave no stone unturned.......and ask questions! Is bebesia the only reson for night sweats. I did not have them for a while but recently I increased my dose of whey protein with the last one before bed and since then I have had night sweats. Am I wrong to think night sweats can be a good sign? I thought it was indicative of die-off.Is this incorrect? Phil
Guest guest
> Did you get tested for it? When my sister saw Dr. D, he did not believe in > the co-infections....has that changed? Hi, Dr. D. did test me for co-infections - babesia, erlichia and bartonella. He tested me this past Dec. I had made improvement on one of his regular protocols (erithro, doxy, plaquenil) but had plateaued. When I discussed w. him why I may have plateaued, he said he would test me for the co-infections. I was glad he included bartonella. Healing and wellness to all, Marie

I use and LOVE 4-Life Co. website is www.4-Life.com and you want to take either 2 pills 1st thing in the morning, or 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. It is kept in the refrigerator. It costs about $50 and you have to use my distributor # which is #5079297. **I DO NOT CARE TO MAKE $$ OFF OF THIS PRODUCT!!!! I WILL REIMBURSE ANYONE THE DIFFERENCE OF MY COST TO YOUR COST!!!!! This product contains the Colostrum (for those of you that remember using it, it is the pre-milk of bovine cows, like mother's pre-milk, full of antibodies!!! Helps one to lose weight too, excellent immune builder), also Cordyvant (a combo of glyconutrients-- IP-6, which is the newest anti-cancer supplement-- Cordyceps, Maitake and shiitake mushrooms, Beta Glucans and Aloe Vera extracts). Glyconutrients strengthen white blood cels to produce antibodies w/out the help of the T-cells. It also has ThyRex, which contains important thymic factors which support T=cells. (T-cells have attacker cells, helper cells and suppressor cells). This is a wonderful supplement for overall health and energy. I had Epstein Barr, not anymore. As far as mycoplasma (fermentan) --had that too, now cured-- the treatment is Doryx (doxycycline--Dorxy is the name brand which is potent as opposed to generic). Six months minimum seems to do the trick. It also covers lyme, ehrlichia and crosses a tiny bit to babesia. 400mg/day. (200mg in am and 200mg in pm). YOU DON " T HAVE TO HAVE IVs....... the Doryx will kick butt!!!!! (because you have a multitude of infections, like I did). sue in nj sue massie I also had bartonella, in which I was treated with Dynabac--abx--works on lym e too. Guest guest
I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but I have had night sweats and twitching of various muscles since my Lyme onset in 1987. They come and go. Why, just last night, I thought my pointer finger on my right hand was trying to beckon me closer in my sleep. <S> It was just twitching, and I sat up and watched it in fascination. Bizarre stuff sometimes. But, as I said these things have come and gone whether or not I was on medication. And I do have Bb strain of Lyme. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: " redbigboy " <philcome@f...> > > > > Is bebesia the only reson for night sweats.
