Sue, this would be the (Texas) Board of Medical Examiners. Each state has one,

or some such organization. Deb, anyone can complain to the Board of Medical

Examiners without actually filing a lawsuit. They will review your complaint,

and it wouldn't directly involve your LLMD. (We sent our complaint about the

hospital to the BME and copied the other parties involved.)

Would be an independent complaint. I would certainly do it, if I were you, with

detailed documentation. Especially since you have the research info on what

constitutes a positive, or equivocal, diagnosis of Lyme, or the possibility of

Lyme.
