Need help with 10 year old

Hello, I would like some advice on how to help my son. He does not have an ASD

diagnosis, but is probably ADD/mild ASD. Most of his issues are anxiety related

- OCD, ODD. He's very hyperactive and most supplements we've tried make him

moreso, even the calming ones like 5HTP. Lately his biggest issue is he likes

to annoy people. Has anyone experienced this? Could that be anxiety related

too? He gets a lot of cold sores and because the anxiety issues can be realted

to viruses we recently finished one month of Valtrex. It helped with the

coldsores but his behaviors seem worse. Should we try another month? We've

treated for yeast before with Nystatin and VSL#3. He didn't test very high for

it to begin with and didn't see any change. We've tested his neurotransmitter

hormone levels (dopamine, seratonin, etc.) and the calming hormones were very

low and excitatory hormones were off the chart high. I guess this test isn't

very reliable, but it definately made sense. We've also done a thyroid test and

his THS number was extremely high, but a compounded thyroid medication didn't

seem to help.

Not sure where to go next. Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
