Product for temporary joint pain relief

I don't know if some of you have one of these or not, but I have 2 of

them and they work great for me. It is called the Bed Buddy® Hot/Cold

Pack and is sold at Bed Bath and Beyond, although you can probaby get

it elsewhere as well. It is cheap, and you put it in the microwave or

freezer. I put mine in the microwave between 2 and 3 minutes and then

place it where ever I need it, which is usually my hands or knees. It

feels like you are putting your hands into a parafin wax hand

treatment and is almost instant pain relief. Just thought I would

share that with you all, in the hopes that it can also help someone
