Have you tried, sleeping aids that are not antidepressants? Ambien? Sonata?

Believe it or not.......

I have found much success with valium before bed time works like a charm!!

Does anyone know if sleep problems are connected with the hypoperfusion that is

consistent with lyme? I just got the results of my SPECT scan and it showed

moderate hypoperfusion in almost all areas of my brain. I didn't think to ask

the dr. this question, and wondered if anyone else has asked it.

Thanks,

Hi , I had really bad problems with depression, sleep problems

and anxiety. I take prozac and lorezapam. Since being on antibiotics

and these two other meds, I have returned to work part-time. I was

taking St. 's Wort and using L-Theanine, but it just wasn't strong

enough. For me, the sleep problem has resolved good enough, although

it's not like I used to sleep. My body has really changed since Lyme.

Keep in touch...
