Guest guest
1/4 tablet once a day and see how it goes. There will be some symptoms as die off takes place but these are minimized by starting the dose so low. Wait until those symptoms subside before adding more and only add more if they still have yeast. You do have to use probiotics while taking GSE but give it at least four hours away from the probiotics. If yeast disappears, stop the GSE. You can reintroduce it anytime you see yeast symptoms come back. You know you got it all when there are no signs related to yeast. Generally this doesn't happen until you've gotten about 70 or more rounds of chelation done. Before that..it's continued maintance of keeping it in control. If you are unsure of what their symptoms are, you will have a clearer picture when you begin to treat it. If they do'nt have any yeast...GSE won't do anything to them. Google: Candida overgrowth to get a picture of the symptoms one might have if they have yeast. > > Hello all. My sons are 5 and 7 and I am not sure if they have yeast, but I would like eliminate it if they do. I want to try GSE but was unsure of how much should I start with, how many times a day and for how long??? If there is a die off how do you know if you got it all? What are the side effects if they don't have any yeast? Thanks Simone. >
