Debittered Brewer's Yeast or not debittered or is there something better?

I'm interested in taking debittered brewers yeast, but I want to know what is

used/how it is debittered, if anything is added or if the debittering takes away

any important nutrients.

Anyone have any feedback on that? Do you have an alternative?

I found NOW debittered brewers yeast at GNC. I'm guessing I would also need to

consider yeast overgrowth -- true?
