Andy -- regarding forms of ALA (capsules vs liquid)

Hi, Andy,

I wondered if you knew or had any experience with liquid ALA.

I'm shopping online and found one liquid product, but it has other ingredients

in it which aren't found in a basic ALA capsule.

I also wondered if there was a difference in effectiveness between a capsule and

liquid. I understand that a capsule has a certain amount of time-release

involved, but does that truly matter?

I'm interested in the liquid because I want to be able to lower the dosage if I

find that 100 or 200 mg will initially be too strong. It would be easy enough

to cut the dose measurement with a liquid, and so I won't have to buy a bottle

of 50 mg caps, but if there is a benefit to using the capsules over a liquid,

then I would appreciate knowing.

Thank you for your time,

Sheila
