Tonight I'll be talking about how the words we use reflect the respect we receive. This is a concept that I've often taught children, but it still amazes me how the way we communicate directly reflects the script we write and believe within us. Consider this partially "story-hour" as I'll be sharing a bit from a story I wrote with Spirit called "Healing Alone" but also apart from just listening to the story I'm going to share what this story said about me and how I've learned that I always have a choice about what I want to write and live. All that stood between your image of yourself and what you are, forgiveness joyfully washes away.

It always comes down to forgiveness, doesn't it?

So, all I am forgiving is the belief in the image of myself, my insistence that I am the little self I THINK I am.

The little self that could be 'hurt'.

The little self that could be 'unfairly treated'.

The little self that could be 'smart'.

The little self that could be a 'great teacher'.

The little self that could be 'lazy'.

The little self that could do 'important' work.

I forgive myself for believing that I am any of these and in that joyful process I begin to reconnect with who I am.

This is fun!
