Was it a successful night Krissy? I hope so. Yum, I haven't had

grapes in awhile, those sounds really good. Hope you got up at 6 and

kicked away!! I overslept until almost 5 this morning. I still

managed to do Tae-Bo (live advanced is a little shorter) and 2 15-

minute Tamilee's :)

Darcy who's brother from Myrtle Beach will be here TODAY to visit!!

Hey Darcy =] Yep it was a good day. Although i didnt get up at 6am this

morning. I went to bed the night before with one of those tired headaches

and i tossed and turned to about 3. When my alarm went off i knew i had to

sleep more or i wouldnt get through the day. So i slept till work time, but

managed to not eat any mcdonalds food today which is good =] and when i came

home I did most of the advanced workout. I got to the part just before the

start of the floor. So it was all good. I stopped though cause my mom came

home and yeah the way our house is set up I knew she would want to sit in

the living room before she hit the hay. and I dont liek being watched when i

work out =] but it was still a good workout. so im proud of myself. The only

bad thing i did was i drank a pop at work but i needed the caffeine to wake

up so i wont be to hard on myself .. cant wait till tommarrow so i can

workout in the morning. im so raring to go =]

Congrats on still working out this morning though even when you slept in!

When do you normally get up to workout? eck im such not a morning person. i

dont function right unless its after 9 am..but I do make myself get up when

i have to!

Way to go, Krissy! Keep it up. I'm the same way as you about not wanting

others to watch. I don't mind if it's a class; but, if I'm working out

alone, I want privacy.

Congrats on the good day Krissy :) I didn't used to be a morning

person, but now I love my mornings. I find it VERY difficult now to

workout later in the day. I would much much rather do it first thing

in the morning :) I get up anywhere from 4:15 to 4:45 to exercise

during the week. On the weekends I do it when I get to it.

When I began Tae-Bo, I wouldn't even let my 9 YO stepdaughter watch.

Now, I beg for the attention! I love it when my husband comes

downstairs when I'm tae-boing. It just breaks up the routine a bit.

Even though he has his back turned towards me the whole time (on the

computer)

Darcy who can NOT wait until husband gets to building my gym!!

Ha! Hi Caroline! Actually, that's just the name for the type of

cupcakes they are :) They are chocolate cupcakes w/ a cream cheese

filling. They are very very yummy! But, I make them low-fat and low-

cal so they aren't soooo bad.

Ha! Hi Caroline! Actually, that's just the name for the type of
