Hi Sweetie you know I just wanted to say you have come along way in

the little steps you have taken if you google myofascial pain

syndrome and learn about trigger point therapy you could further

understand your body and it's messages these disorders are actually

being caused due to vibrationally energies trying to shake away what

should not be in your heart so if you

google both of these words

they will resonate with you and I am here haven't given up as you

haven't and your taking footsteps forward but you still have to

function in the 3 d world which constituted by time frames and

demands which in effect are causing you muscles stiffness and you

can also really benefit by exercise due you walk even ? just a

question and adding veggies in a yogurt juice form so you can add

oxygen to your blood as you change in the vibration much love

sweetie have not given up I know I sound coo coo but we have all been

thru this already so I feel I speak from my own body crying just like

Thank you very much. I'd like to re-request reiki, if that's OK. I sort

of had this emergency happen over the weekend, and I'd really
