Guest guest
Hi All, Wondering if anyone has a clue as to what supplement(s) can best & most safely be used to rebuild muscles (along with very healthy diet & exercise) to rebuild the muscle wasting that has occurred from the lyme, babesia & ehrylichia? Asked this of holistic chiropractor & he said creatine; however it is VERY hard on liver, so we declined that one... Thanks! Blessings & velcro hugs, Chris
Guest guest
magnesium oxide Dr. B recommends. yoga helps the muscles stretch, elongate and gets oxygen and blood flow to the muscles. as well as gentle areobics and light free weights...take baby steps. little by little improvement. cherlyme In a message dated 7/4/00 9:40:15 PM, Dobelovr11@... writes: <<Wondering if anyone has a clue as to what supplement(s) can best & most safely be used to rebuild muscles >>
Guest guest
Tai Chi looks pretty good.. gentle stretches, soft moves.. It is offered on PBS everyday during the weekdays. elizabeth In a message dated 7/5/00 12:49:10 AM Eastern Daylight Time, InfoNymfo@... writes: << magnesium oxide Dr. B recommends. yoga helps the muscles stretch, elongate and gets oxygen and blood flow to the muscles. as well as gentle areobics and light free weights...take baby steps. little by little improvement >>
Guest guest
Roe, the same thing happened to me.. fifteen mins were too much.. caused a big flare up.. so I vowed the next time I try it again ( I haven't done that yet lol) I will start with five minutes every other day or every two days then build up gradually.. Can you imagine that just fifteen mins of chi tai are too much for us??? we are sure pitiful, aren't we? sigh elizabeth In a message dated 7/6/00 5:16:34 PM Eastern Daylight Time, roe0325@... writes: << Hi , tai chi is wonderful, before the lyme i did yoga 3 times a week. since the lyme i cant do any. I thought Tai chi would be better for me. it is so calming and flowing and gets you in touch with your inner self. i did 15 minutes worth one day and I couldnt walk for three days after. i was in terrible pain. i couldnt get up from a sitting position. its so sad because i really enjoyed doing it. was just to afraid of the pain. most of the pain was in my neck upper back and thighs. maybe i will try a few minutes a day. roe >>
