In the following article, the owner of the company states that the " heavy metals are undetectable " and fermented CLO has been consumed throught the ages and mercury is not a problem: http://www.frot.co.nz/dietnet/basics/clo_fermented.htm I haven't seen any mention of third party testing and verification of heavy metal levels in the Green Pastures products.
