1) Live EZ with Empathy and Zest. 2) Take a walk and smile as you go. 3) Sit contentedly in silence for at least 10 minutes a day. 4) Clear emotions and thoughts. Let the energy flow. 5) Only remember good things. 6) Dream more while awake. 7) Spend more time with people you like. 8) Realize that life is a school and start learning. 9) Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does. 10) If you are not having fun, you are not doing it right!
