Guest guest
Can we add NutraMedix's Samento to the list? Is that okay to use or do I need to get Cat's Claw with TOA in it? Guest guest
I just asked my LLMD. He said the Raintree brand is good. He told me that Nature's Way is not that good. He also said the Buhner says to take the cats claw with TOA in it. Thus my TOA free Samento is out. I need to re-read Buhner's book. I can not remember if that was in there. Take care, Rich (skiweasel7) > > Hi. Guest guest
It definitely is in there. He explains why both TOA and POA are beneficial and the flaws in the studies used to argue against TOA. I ended up ordering more of the NOW Cat's Claw 5000 and am already feeling better. Nature's Way just wasn't cutting it, sadly. > > I just asked my LLMD. He said the Raintree brand is good. Guest guest
I have used both Samento and Raintree. I had the exact same herx on both. Since you need to be on either Cat's Claw or Samento a while, why not try both. I am choosing the Samento, basically because its cheaper, and I have a large family. Heidi N I just asked my LLMD. Guest guest
Hi Barbara, Where do you buy the Raintree brand? I need to buy some today. Since you asked Heidi, I'll tell you that I use NutraMedix's Samento from time to time. I switch it up with many other herbs from NutraMedix. The cheapest online place is here: http://www.myherbs.net/ I also get them at the wholesale price from my chiropractor (but have to buy more than 12 at a time). Guest guest
Hi Rich, Thanks for the link. I checked them out earlier and they do seem to be much cheaper. I've purchased Raintree cat's claw bulk from www.raintree.com @ 20.00 lb. and www.herbspro.com for 12.50 lb. but shipping was a killer from them as I live in Canada. There were other places that sell it at $12.50 a lb. though. It just so happened I needed something else from herspro that I couldn't find elsewhere. Sorry I can't remember the other places that sold it cheaper. I just googled it. Best Wishes, Barb [ ] Re: Brands of Cat's Claw > > > I have used both Samento and Raintree.
