Guest guest
Hi Jim, & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Have you tried rubbing with aloe or essential oils or warm castor oil compress? & nbsp; I hope you're eating better! & nbsp; Are you still living on sodas and junk food? & nbsp; No wonder the chinese herbs help you -- they're your vegetables! & nbsp; & nbsp; A sick person needs great nutrition! & nbsp; You have to start reversing a lifetime of bad nutrition! & nbsp; Is there a health food store near you? & nbsp; Makes some friends at the health food store to help you. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; One way to start is to cut out ONE bad thing and substitute ONE good thing. & nbsp; To get started. & nbsp; Please eat better! --purpleff. & nbsp; & nbsp;
Guest guest
Hi Purpleff: Is that your real name? Also, I am typing this in plain text as I have been getting all that %nbsp; like you do. Hope this helps to read easier. No I don't drink much sodas anymore. Only when I have pizza for supper. I drink mostly green tea and skim milk. I am still a junk food junkie though, and eat more of that than I should. But try to eat better overall. I do get vegetables in my TV dinners. And I drink juice too. 100% juice, not the 27% stuff. I rarely drink alcohol. But I don't think any of that has anything to do with the right shoulder pain that came on all of a sudden after the engorged tick was taken off my right arm a few weeks ago. It started two days after the tick was removed. And my doc is just about useless when it comes to ticks and Lyme. Even though he has had Lyme twice and " cured " twice. He calls any pain " residual " from the first tick bite. So, I am mostly on my own. I have an appointment witha shoulder specialist on the 24th. We will see what he says about it all. I haven't rubbed things on the shoulder, as it is not the muscles as much as it is way deep inside, like in the joint or bones, maybe the bone marrow. I have used both heat and ice packs to no avail. Pain pills don't even help a whole lot. I have NEVER had this kind of pain in my RIGHT shoulder. I did go through a similar bout for years with my LEFT shoulder before, but that isn't too bad these days. I am right handed, so it really gets me that I can't hardly use my right arm to do things. AND I am sick and tired of not being able to do things. SItting around is not for me, UNLESS I am actively accomplishing things. I can do it for a week or two, but not day after day, week after week. Well, got to quit this now and get some brunch, before the race comes on. And also the shoulder gets worse when I sit here at the computer too much. Jim. ### From: purple ffoxglove <purpleffoxglove@...> Subject: Re: [ ] Jim, shoulder Date: Sunday, June 15, 2008, 8:00 AM Hi Jim, & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Have you tried rubbing with aloe or essential oils or warm castor oil compress? & nbsp; I hope you're eating better! & nbsp; Are you still living on sodas and junk food? & nbsp; No wonder the chinese herbs help you -- they're your vegetables! & nbsp; & nbsp; A sick person needs great nutrition! & nbsp; You have to start reversing a lifetime of bad nutrition! & nbsp; Is there a health food store near you? & nbsp; Makes some friends at the health food store to help you. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; One way to start is to cut out ONE bad thing and substitute ONE good thing. & nbsp; To get started. & nbsp; Please eat better! --purpleff. & nbsp; & nbsp;
