question about the dosing in the Buhner protocol

hello,

In the book, SB says, for all the herbs in the core protocol, to build

up to 4 caps 4x a day, and keep that dose for a month. He doesn't say

whether all the core herbs need to be at this level simultaneously.

Can I, for example, do resveratrol and andrographis 4 caps 4 x a day,

while Cat's claw is at 3x a day, then after a month, drop down to Res &

Andro 2x a day, while doing Cat's claw 4x a day? Or even just one of

them at 4x a day while the others are at 3 or 2?

Otherwise, this is a WHOLE LOT of pills to take at once, and is very

difficult for my system to keep doing, all at once.

Please advise,

NJ

Sorry, I meant to say 4 caps 3x a day, and that's for all the herbs,

not just core protocol. I'm also on Stephania root.

Same question, though.
