I did have this problem, and I do take probiotics, but the solution

for me was to switch brands of knotweed from Source Naturals to

Paradise Herbs (both are recommended by Buhner). For some reason, I

couldn't tolerate the Source Naturals. I'm now up to 10 a day of the

Paradise Herbs version.

That's interesting. Is it Polygonum cuspidatum also? This one is

standardized to 8% Resveratrols

Yes, it is Polygonum cuspidatum. The labels are difficult to compare

though. You can view them both at vitacost.com.
