Guest guest
I did have this problem, and I do take probiotics, but the solution for me was to switch brands of knotweed from Source Naturals to Paradise Herbs (both are recommended by Buhner). For some reason, I couldn't tolerate the Source Naturals. I'm now up to 10 a day of the Paradise Herbs version. --Sue > > I seem to be at a catch 22 here. Guest guest
That's interesting. Is it Polygonum cuspidatum also? This one is standardized to 8% Resveratrols > > > > I seem to be at a catch 22 here. I started small with Cats Claw 1 cap > > per day then 2 then 3. Then added Smilax 1,2 then 3 per day. Guest guest
Yes, it is Polygonum cuspidatum. The labels are difficult to compare though. You can view them both at vitacost.com. > > > > I did have this problem, and I do take probiotics, but the solution > > for me was to switch brands of knotweed from Source Naturals to > > Paradise Herbs (both are recommended by Buhner).
