Timing of supplements

I'm curious about timing of supplements and using binders or

absorbents. How long between taking a supplement and the herx.

I'm hoping to take the Cats Claw, let the liver collect the die off

material then trigger the liver to dump the bile using fish oil or

similar and having a binder in place (charcoal, bentonite, chlorella,

pectin) to catch this toxic bile and keep it from being recirculated.

For example I took 2 capsules of Cats Claw the last three days. On day

two I felt pretty good (dormancy?) then didn't sleep well that night

and day 3 felt awful, Milk Thistle and Vitamin C helped at lunchtime.

I ended up with bad brain fog about 3pm (Cats Claw were taken about

8-9am). I assume the lyme was dying in the brain leaving it's remnants.

I was hoping to learn more about how to take cats claw (and the like)

and minimize the die off using binders. I was taking charcoal during

to help eliminate the die off.

Does anyone have any dosing schedules using binders that is working

and letting you live a fairly normal life?
