Guest guest
what I suggested was to ASK the Dr all people should feel free to discuss even alternatives with their Drs and further that I was very strong about Dr J willing to speak to you and all his patients about all things including alternatives and herbs etc... when I said you? may have to change Drs it was in reference to having a Dr UNwilling to speak to you about alternatives. and again I stated Dr J was one of those " willing " , hence NOT a suggestion to simply drop him Im sorry if I didnt make that clear! as far as the transfer factor--what works in adults may not work in kids, and based upon my own, my kids' and other kids I know it didnt do anything...so I gave my opinion based upon that--IF you were going to consider it based on your own experience, then I dont understand why the question?? Im glad you tried to help Selma by saying your child is on zithro 1/4 tsp bid--but how big is your child--weight?? and what strength is the medicine?? how many mg per tsp?? I think thats what Selma want to know...exact prescription so she can modify for her own use. as far as Dr J vs ART--well again in MY opinion I wouldnt do it--ART is controversial, very unreliable and not comparable to Dr J's experience and expertise--if you think you still want to try, it why drop the abx and Dr J??? if the ART practitioner is ethical they will?recommend you stay with Dr J in addition to their stuff!! see what they tell you, then bring that info to Dr J to use, and maybe incorporate into his treatment of your child-- Far better than stopping expert care. and this way you feel better having tried another option!! plus dont make the mistake of stopping too soon either--often it takes time to really see if any one thing is working good luck and again sorry if you mistook my post to mean leave dr J--not at all!!!
