Guest guest
What would " whole herbs " be? In what form would you take it, given that few have access to the fresh plant. I cap my own and actually thought that this what the whole plant ground up. Am I mistaken? Jayson
Guest guest
I refer to whole herbs to differentiate between EXTRACTS or parts--like the Cats claw--you can get whole herb or TOA free whcih means some active parts removed and which Buhner doesnt prefer--some things in Buhner's protocol do call for extracts or parts like bark or roots etc--all explained very well in his book!
