Can someone remind me of dosages?

Hello folks,

A from Lymenet here. I was doing really well on the protocol but

got reinfected this spring, and am having a very hard time with what I

think is a babesia infection (air hunger symptoms from hell among

other issues).

I gave away my copy of the Buhner book when I was symptom-free, and

now I'm trying to go back to max dosage of the protocol- could someone

remind me of the dosages for max protocol?

His recommended Babesia therapy is boneset, red root, core protocol,

and what else?
