Guest guest
Oops - sorry for the previous blank post. Didn't mean to hit that button... I've read that Teasel is specific to knees in Lyme. May want to get a tincture and do a few drops a few times a day. Guest guest
My family has osteoarthritis and i hear your pain. You may want to play with your type of calcium / magnesium / Vit D supplement. Calcium carbonate seems to be working the best for us. It takes three months to notice effects. Other things that can help are MSM, SAMe, turmeric, Vitamin A, E, C. And definitely stay away from Phosphorus, nightshades. They inhibit collagen (in joints and the brain). Hoping any or all is helpful, ~zeph http://www.archure.net/salus/nightshade.html WHAT ARE NIGHT SHADE VEGETABLES? Tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, red and green peppers and paprika, Peppers of all kinds green, red, chili, paprika, cayenne, hot and sweet, Bell peppers (green, red, yellow, cherry) Paprika, Cayenne pepper (capsicum), Pimento, Chili peppers Hot peppers (long & red, red cluster) Tobacco is also a nightshade. So is Jimson weed. Unconfirmed Rumor: is that Coffee too might be a nightshade?
Guest guest
Teasel has helped my knees. Pain is not completely gone all the time, but much better. jo >
Guest guest
I got better using the protocol including nettle and turmeric/bromelain plus glucosamine and chondroitin with added hyaluronic acid, which is good for collagen. I also used teasel tincture. With me, though, the really bad knee stuff hadn't been going on for longer than 6 months, so I may have caught it at a good stage. I also took fish oil. > > Hey does anyone else have worsening knees despite the use of Cat's > > Claw? > > I have been on the Andro, Sarsp, Knotweed and Cat's for a year a half > > now. Guest guest
For all the joint pain i used to have, i merely gave up processed foods and eat all organic, especially the " deadliest 12 for pesticides " and NO more joint pain for me!
