You came to the right place, even though we are not experts, we have

been trailing this journey for a while. This group is based on the

wounded healer philosophy. As a diverse group, you will see (when you

post a question) that you may get different perspectives in many

issues, but this is the way we grow. Do not fear, because FEAR is the

Hi Caroline,welcome. I'm also new to this group so I'll use this opportunity to introduce myself, too, because I feel that I haven't done it properly . My name is , I'm 26 years old and I'm from Croatia. I started my spiritual journey a few years ago, and ended up in a completely different direction. I used to feel very sick and lonely, and the first thing that helped me was reading the Bible.... Today I only try to keep it simple, reminding myself everyday that I am only love, supposed to share the love and receive love. Doing yoga every day and sharing experiences with others helps me a lot.I think it's always scary in the beginning, because we are taught from our childhood that we are nothing special, just humans... but we are much more than that, we are love, we are energy, we have the power to change things and to heal... I was petrified when

I realized this! I asked myself, what do I do now? Now I know all these beautiful things, but how do I use them?I'm still learning every day.
