Hi Jo,

I have had pressure behind the eyes and swelling of the eye with sty like

symptoms. I've heard others talk about blurry vision. My vision suddenly changed

about 2 months ago when I had the extreme pressure and sty. I still have

pressure fairly often. I'm just starting to treat for Bartonella. I'm picking up

A-Bart from my doctor today.

Connie, do you have more specific info on 'eye problems?' I have progressively

poor night vision (low light vision); otherwise my eyes are typical for my age.

I take bilberry but have not noticed a marked effect.

I also have had burning on the soles of my feet for years; even before getting

lyme???? I've always wondered what it was. The only clue anyone had was diabetic

nerves, but I don't have any tendency toward diabetis.

I'm also wondering about the night sweats. I have 'sweats' any and all times of

day and night. I treated for babesia heavily and am still having them some

(though less). Wondering if its hormonal instead of babesia. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks, jo

Hi Connie,

Does your doctor think the eye pressure is from Bart? I tested + for LD, but

– for Bart. I know that doesn’t mean I can’t have it. I have a lot of

Bart symptoms, but there isn’t a lot of info about Bart out there. Is A-Bart

a supp? What’s in it?

Thanks, Karol

I tested negative for Babesia and Bart, positive for Lyme and Erlicha (I don't

know how that one's spelled). But, my doctor said I had a heavy load of Babesia

and a small load of Bart. I know he said the spleen pain I have is most likely

Bart. I've just read a lot about eye problems having to do with Bart. The

supplement I'm starting to take can only be purchased through a doctor. Here's a

link to info on it http://www.bioresourceinc.com/bwherbal/ But, I believe there

are suggestions in Buhner's book as well as a support group for

Bartonella.

I've had the eye problems - had to wear glasses far earlier than just " old

age " . Also, in the morning, was having such gooey eyes, that I would have to

wash the film over my eyeballs before I could really focus.

Since I started CS, mmy eyes are still a bit crusty in the morning, but I

can wake up and focus better - still need glasses tho. I use a drop in each

eye 1-3 times a day and the rest of the dropper in my mouth.

Hi Connie,

Have you had a positive diagnosis for Bart or just clinical symptoms? I

wonder if I might have this too. My eyes really bother me on and off during

the day but fairly consistently, like horrible eye strain. My vision can

blur in one or both eyes. Doesn't last long. I'm afraid to get my eyes

examined and be told I need new lenses because the vision is so

inconsistent.

Would love to get a follow up from you after you've tried the A-Bart.

I tested negative for Bart and Babesia. I got a clinical diagnosis from my

doctor. One way you can tell if you have Bart or Babesia is to start taking

remedies for them. One at a time, of course. Increase your dose until you start

herxing. If you have a strong herx then you can conclude that you probably have

that particular bug. If you don't have a herx once you've reached a full doze

then you probably don't have that bug. This is what my doctor has me do when I

try a new remedy.

I started the A-Bart last night. Too soon to tell. I really did like the A-Bab.

I really like homeopathy and the Byron White remedies are energetic like

homeopathy, which makes them greater than the sum of their parts, in my opinion.

Plus I do so much better on tinctures than I do on capsulated herbs. But, we're

all different...
