Guest guest
I think that do not take for more than 10 days is one of those manufacturers safety warnings, like just in case, kind of like the drug warnings on prescription drugs. As for not taking it with autoimmune issues, I think a lot of the people getting chronic long term problems from Lyme do have prior immune system problems. I had asthma , allergies as well as rheumatoid arthritis years before the much worse Lyme arthritis. A lot of the herbs react a lot more volatile. Andrographis as well as cats claw (smilax) had to be started slower for me then Buhner recommended. I got very bad joint pain when I first started taking the herbs, possible Herxheimer reactions, but I stuck it out and after many month they do not cause pain and misery anymore, they actually help. As for me, i will probably stay on them even longer than recommended, since I started slower, so I personally would completely disregard that labe and listen to the herbalists like Buhner instead. Just my opinion. Dagmar
