ahhhhhh...the short answer is...well, it's not so short I suppose, the

shorter answer is see the book " Living On Love - The Messenger " , as it

has a segment in there just how to do this in a simple

fashion....otherwise, there are several ways involving meditation. All

time, as it were is across, not back and forth really...think all

dimensions happening at once, not something that happened before or

later, it's ALL NOW. Sometimes you may get what I call " Dimensional

Bleed " ...what some may confuse with ghost, or seeing various spirits

that don't interact...but a bleed of something happening at some other

time into your present...the future will be " iffy " because it is

dependant on your, and others NOW decisions.
