Maybe I can lend some answers here in part...

If it's about postings, mail, etc...

Go to the top of this group/post/page [if on the site] and click on

" edit membership " . (I only come here, on the site and receive no mail

as my setting, as I receive a ton already.)

If you receive the mailed version of post you can set it to receive

all or only a digest version. (I think there's a link in the mail at

the bottom to click over to your settings as well so you can make sure

they are set correctly, and would advise everyone go ahead and double

check it.)

IF you are also on Ning Networks [any of them], you can click on this

link http://your-network-name-here.ning.com/profiles/profile/emailSettings

[replace your network name with Humanity Healing's or any other

network name your also a part of.] This will go directly to your mail

settings for " that " network.

Also, when you receive mails from networks, there is a link at the

very bottom to click on that will take you there, and adds other

options, such as not receiving mail from certain groups or members, etc...

You should go now and double check that on all your networks.

Now, all that is just for mail and related issues, please check the

documents section [files] here for this group for additional

guidelines that are much different than the networks.

Otherwise, this is the place to post and answer post accordingly as

any family of close people do.

Greetings , Since I've been gone all day, and everyone(almost) kicked in their two cents worth, I'll just say, I am fine and dandy, thank you.
