Guest guest
Could you both on this thread write me personally. I had a heart attack two years ago. I'm a lot better but this group does not accept all my posts. I would like to speak with you personally. Lymeover Sent via BlackBerry by AT & T [ ] Re: japonese knotweed info needed  Barbara, Besides the CoQ10, are you taking magnesium? There is so much information on how magnesium is important for the heart. I take at least 1000 mg a day. Some people need even more than that, depending on what bugs they have (I think Bartonella steals magnesium so you need to supplement more for that). You can take oral magnesium - I take Magnesium glycinate which is a chelate that supposedly absorbs better than some other forms. You can also use Ancient Minerals of Swanson transdermal magnesium oil. Rub on first thing in AM, must leave on at least 20 min. Full strength can itch and/or feel like burning at first so it can be diluted 50/50 with water. Ancient Minerals also makes magnesium chloride flakes for the bath. Mag chloride supposedly has a longer half-life in the body compared to mag sulfate (epsom salts) which clears much faster. Finally, I know some people who buy the flakes and soak their feet in the mag chloride solution and this has been helping heart palps/symptoms. a Last summer I developed heart symptoms which can be very scary, but nothing of the severity that you describe. I find the magnesium and CoQ10 really help stave it off. Another herb for the heart is hawthorn. I have not tried this. Have you looked into it? deb > > > > Dear Debby > > Thank you very much . Guest guest
This is very interesting that some Lyme Doctors say to take Q10 and others say NOT to take Q10. I will definately ask our Doc on the next visit to explain this to me. Thanks for all the information. It helps so much.
