Guest guest
I take a powdered form of magnesium although i only take 400 mg a day, my diet is really high in mag anyway so my mag has tested normal. I make a green drink every morning that includes my mag/vit c/molasses for iron. My hawthorne is liquid as I hate pills and liquid seems to assimilate faster and better. If your interested in making the syrup i can give you the recipe, its very easy. The little pain I have I believe it is inflammation not the actual heart itself just pericardium. Again, from my knowledge and experience i have taken it for two years with nothing but excellent results...think of the berries as food like blueberries instead of medicine, they are tonic affect (building up over time)
Guest guest
I take Magnesium both orally and transdermally. I take Hawthorne three times a day in pill form. http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Way-Hawthorn-Berries-510-mg-180-Vcaps/1932?at=0 I've read it's pretty safe to take continuously. But, I hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong. It helped me a lot. I started noticing after taking it for about 2 weeks. But, what helped the most was treating for Babesia, which usually affects the heart. Connie [ ] OT Herbsilly: RE: Hawthorne When you take your magnesium, is it transdermally or orally? Could one take hawthorn daily for heart palps (I don't know how to make the syrup, could I take hawthorn pills?), or do you need to take a break from it. I don't get the palps everday, but some days I feel like my heart is gonna explode out of my chest. I had an EKG done where they look at the heart, they showed it to me on video, I have a heart murmur, it shows how the valves open 'n close and how mine makes an extra beat, very cool. Some days it races a lot and makes me very nervous. They told me I didn't have any health issues to worry about! lol That's amazing that your your MVP doesn't show up anymore - kudos to you! Guest guest
Have you tried the Garlic 106 that contains hawthorne. I started on it when an old acupuncturist recommended it. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Connie Blaze Sent: Wednesday, February 16, 2011 1:18 PM Subject: Re: [ ] OT Herbsilly: RE: Hawthorne I take Magnesium both orally and transdermally. Guest guest
I just started taking this once a day. It has garlic, cayenne, and hawthorne. http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Super-Odorless-Garlic-180-Capsules/854?at=0 So I reduced my regular hawthorne to twice a day. Guest guest
You may need potassium. My levels are low and my heart hurts. Take liquid form its better. Also ribose and calcium and magnesium. Lymeover Sent via BlackBerry by AT & T [ ] OT Herbsilly: RE: Hawthorne When you take your magnesium, is it transdermally or orally?
