Guest guest
I'm sorry you are experiencing all of this, but I am so happy you posted this. I have been having the same problems and am glad to know it's not just me. Hearing that others are going thru this, too, is helpful. I was diagnosed 6 months ago, but am sure I got Lyme in 2004. I started my Lyme protocol (Buhner late Nov. and heavy metal detox last week) and have also noticed the vertigo; what I call " 1D " (it's like the world has lost it's 3 dimensionality); panic attacks, and blood sugar problems since starting the protocol. Worsening over the years is the inability to concentrate; thyroid problems; ADD-like symptoms; serious, unexplained weight gain; insonmia; muscle laxness; and cold sweats. When the worst symptoms occur (panic, vertigo), I just sort of " hang on " and remind myself it's the Lyme and it will pass. Deep breathing helps, calming aromatherapy oils (medicinal grade only), and self-Reiki has also helped. My doctor prescribed a sauna which I now have in my house. This helps, too, if you are able to use one. Hopefully, this will be behind us all soon. But I find it helps the most to know there are others out there going through the same thing and we're all pulling for each other.
