When you take your magnesium, is it transdermally or orally?

Could one take hawthorn daily for heart palps (I don't know how to make

the syrup, could I take hawthorn pills?), or do you need to take a break

from it. I don't get the palps everday, but some days I feel like my

heart is gonna explode out of my chest. I had an EKG done where they look

at the heart, they showed it to me on video, I have a heart murmur, it

shows how the valves open 'n close and how mine makes an extra beat, very

cool. Some days it races a lot and makes me very nervous. They told me I

didn't have any health issues to worry about! lol

That's amazing that your your MVP doesn't show up anymore - kudos to you!

As an herbalist i tend to want to take foods or herbs in place of

supplements if I can. I have been using Hawthorne Syrup that I make, you

can buy it from Dr. online. It is the medicinal juice of the

berry. I had mitral valve prolapse but the last time I went to the doctor

which was two years later of taking the syrup he said he could not see

that I had mitral valve anymore?? I told him that I was taking a cardiac

herb but he wasn't interested. I take it daily now for sure without miss

for my heart palps/pains with having Lyme. When I got lyme I noticed my

heart pains/palps became more frequent, with magnesium and hawthorn

consistently I haven't experienced much pain/palp at all.
