Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Ohmygod, is this ever true! I overdid the eggnog, and it took 4 days for me to completely recover. Even now, I feel like my system is a little " out " , ie the blood sugar shakiness seems to suddenly be more prominent. I hope that's temporary.
