Guest guest
Hi, Melinda. You might want to try quercetin/Vit. C. You should be careful about using homeopathy when you're working on something chronic, but you also have to function. I'd put clearing up the sinus headaches first at this point. What does the homeopath say? He should be told about this. Could the sinus headaches be part of the process of resolving the chronic condition? Guest guest
Dose with Vitamin C, but foremost check with your homeopath. There may be a complimentary remedy needed or repeat of your constitutional. Good luck Liz > > Hi, Melinda. You might want to try quercetin/Vit. C. Guest guest
I use mine a lot, you can also add a drop of peppermint oil in it too, which helps clear the sinus passage. I bought mine and it sat on the counter forever because I was so intimidated by it - lol, now I can't live w/o it! It's such an easy tool to help flush out sinus toxins. I used to get sinus infections all the time, I haven't gotten one since I started using the neti pot. From: adelines998@... Washes them right away!
